We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work - Complex Team in Dudley. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and families in our community. Your key responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work) and registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in child protection and working with children and families in complex situations.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills with a commitment to safeguarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and across agencies.
