To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working within a children's social work setting, particularly with children in care.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working in partnership with families and other professionals.
