The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Extensive experience in children’s social work, particularly in a CIC setting.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
