  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably within a Children in Care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.
