Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local and national standards.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognised social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children’s social work, particularly in a locality or community setting.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
