As a Qualified Social Worker in our Family Support Team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing the needs of children and families, identifying risks, and developing tailored support plans.
- Providing direct support and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges and access resources.
- Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive support for families.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements and best practices.
- Participating in regular team meetings and case reviews to ensure effective service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE).
- Demonstrated experience in child protection and family support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families and professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a varied caseload.
