Are you a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families? In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and community partners to provide high-quality support and safeguarding services to those in need, ensuring their welfare and promoting their rights.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users' needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans in partnership with individuals and their families.
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures, responding promptly to safeguarding concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of effective service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload effectively.
