Children's SW - CIC Team - West Sussex

As a Children’s Social Worker in the CIC Team, you will be responsible for a range of key duties, including:
- Assessing the needs of children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.

- Conducting regular reviews and monitoring the progress of children in care.
- Providing support and guidance to foster carers and adoptive families.
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote the best outcomes for children.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, you should possess:
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and child protection policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in working with children and families, particularly in a statutory setting.
- The ability to manage complex cases and make informed decisions.
