Children's SW - Leaving Care Team - Wrexham
Wrexham Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s Leaving Care Team. - A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current registration with Social Care Wales.
