Advanced Practitioner - Safeguarding & Care Planning - Middlesbrough

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practitioner in Safeguarding & Care Planning to join our dynamic team in Middlesbrough. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and families within our community. You will play a key role in developing and implementing effective care plans, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality support and safeguarding interventions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of children and families in need of safeguarding services.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant social work qualification and have substantial experience in safeguarding and care planning. Essential qualifications and skills include:

  • A recognized social work degree and registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with families and professionals.
