  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying experience in children and family social work.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals.
