We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to join our Transition Team in Dudley, with a competitive rate of £46 per hour on an Umbrella basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth transition of young individuals into adulthood, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to thrive in their new environments. As a Team Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of social workers and support staff, ensuring that high-quality services are delivered to young people and their families.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Leading and managing the Transition Team, providing supervision and support to team members.
  • Overseeing the assessment and planning processes for young people transitioning to adulthood.
