Senior Social Worker - LAC Team - Lewisham

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience working within a children's services setting, particularly with looked after children.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with an ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with families and other professionals.
