Key responsibilities include:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with families and professionals.
