Children's IRO - Sefton

- Conducting regular and thorough reviews of care plans for children and young people in care.

- Identifying and addressing any concerns regarding the welfare of children in care.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to families and professionals regarding care proceedings.
The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills including:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in child protection and working with children in care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
