We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Qualified Social Worker to join our Disabled Children and Young Person’s Team in Walsall. - Building strong relationships with children, families, and external agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
- Managing complex cases and ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience working with disabled children and young people, particularly in a social work context.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
