Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating the response to allegations against individuals working with children.

  • Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure effective safeguarding procedures are in place.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
