To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse families.
