As a Children's SSW, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and interventions.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection or fostering services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
