Children's SSW - MASH Team - Oldham
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children’s Social Worker (SSW) to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team in Oldham. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding children and ensuring their well-being. You will work collaboratively with various agencies to assess and respond to the needs of children and families, ensuring that appropriate interventions are implemented effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs.
- Developing and implementing care plans in conjunction with multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
