We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our CP/CIN Team in Ealing. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to children and families in need.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Conducting assessments and creating care plans for children at risk of harm or in need of protection
- Undertaking direct work with children and families to promote positive outcomes
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children
- Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration
- Experience working within a CP/CIN Team and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals
- Ability to work under pressure, manage complex cases, and make sound decisions in challenging situations
